I. Call to Order

The Forest Preserve District Executive Committee meeting was held Friday, December 6, 2019 at 8:30 AM at the Administration Offices located at 1996 S. Kirk Road, Suite 320, Geneva, IL 60134.

The meeting was opened by President Michael Kenyon at 8:30 AM.

The Master Plan Commission Retreat will be on Monday, December 9, 2019, 8:30 AM at the Belding Lodge Brewster Creek Forest Preserve. A light breakfast will be served. Please RSVP to Ellen.

XI. President's Comments

The Master Plan meeting is the most important meeting we may have because it helps us look at what we can and want to do for the District in the future. The recognition event is the second most important because without these folks working here, we wouldn't be able to have such a great organization that does good things.
