City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on March 28.
We continue to provide essential services for St. Charles. However, in accordance with the Governor’s Stay at Home Order to help slow the spread of COVID-19, the City is operating at reduced staffing levels. Refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection remain on regular schedule. But we had to change the way we do business and scale back some operations.
