City of Batavia issued the following announcement on March 27.
This City of Batavia Construction Project will begin on March 30, 2020. This project was funded through government aid, the Illinois Department of Transportation, and the City of Batavia. IL Rt 31 will be reduced to one lane in each direction and Main Street will be Westbound direction only. For more information on the project, please visit the project page below:
