City of Geneva Committee of the Whole met Feb. 18.

b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator to Purchase Twenty-Four Sets of Structural Firefighting “Turnout” Gear for the Fire Department from W.S. Darley at an Estimated Cost of $47,000.
c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Contract with Benchmark Construction at a Cost of $110,825.00 with the Allowance of City Administrator to Approve up to $11,082.50 in Change Orders for a Total Not to Exceed Amount of $121,907.50 for Sanitary Sewer Lining Project.
d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Contract with Frank Marshall Electric at a Cost of $28,700 with the Allowance of City Administrator to Approve up to $2,870.00 in Change Orders for a Total Not to Exceed Amount of $31,570.00 for Water Plant Variable Frequency Drive Installation for Reverse Osmosis Unit #1.
e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Market License Agreement Between the City of Geneva and Bensidoun USA Inc. for the 2020 and 2021 Market Seasons.
f. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Farm Lease with Pitstick Farms for a Farm Lease at a Rate of $261 per Tillable Acre for the 2020 and 2021 Crop Seasons.
g. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Extension of the Fisher Farms Special Service Area #16 Management Agreement with Real Manage, LLC for 2020, 2021, and 2022 at a Cost Not-to-Exceed $11,700.00 Per Year and Mutz Landscaping Inc. for 2020, 2021 and 2022 Landscape Maintenance Services at a Cost Not to Exceed $53,380.00.
