Mayor Burns called the meeting to order at 7:14 PM noting that all aldermen were present.
2. NEW BUSINESS / PUBLIC COMMENT

3. Approve Regular Committee of the Whole Minutes from January 21, 2020.

4. Items of Business
a. Recommend Referral of Request for a Zoning Classification from Kramer and Sons, LLC to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a Public Hearing and Recommendation to City Council.
Moved by Ald. Marks, seconded by Ald. Clements to approve the measure.
In response to questions from Ald. Kilburg, a discussion followed with input from Economic Development Director Tymoszenko, Attorney Sandack and Administrator Dawkins regarding other properties in the area which may be considered for potential annexation, whether annexed property might be included in a TIF and if the City’s consultants have made recommendations on potential annexations.
There being no further questions or comment, the matter was put to a vote.
