Mayor Irvin called the meeting to order at 5:06 p.m. and the roll was called.

19-0747 An Ordinance amending Section 5-56 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Aurora to repeal a requirement that operators at Aurora Municipal Airport sell aviation fuel at least twenty-five (25) percent above the purchase price such operator paid to purchase said aviation fuel.

The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco to adjourn the meeting following the Closed Session. The Committee of the Whole adjourned to go into closed session at 5:40 p.m.
