How did Thomas Weisner spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Non partisan Thomas Weisner's election campaign committee, Friends of Tom Weisner, spent $3,941 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Weisner's committee spent the most on cell phones in the quarter, with 85.2% of this total ($1,046) going to Verizon Wireless in Elgin. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Weisner's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
