Democratic Linda Holmes's election campaign committee, Citizens for Linda Holmes, spent $6,823 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Holmes's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,790) going to Morrison Properties in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Holmes's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
