How did Rob Russell spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Rob Russell's election campaign committee, Friends of Rob Russell, spent $3,978 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Russell's committee spent the most on fund raiser - food in the quarter, with all those payments ($856) going to Eagle Brook Country Club in Geneva. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Russell's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
