How did Rob Russell spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Rob Russell's election campaign committee, Friends of Rob Russell, spent $3,186 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Russell's committee spent the most on robo calls in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,009) going to Victory geek in Crystal Lake. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Russell's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
