City of Elgin Sustainability Commission met March 5.

c. CE-5B -- Distribute educational materials at relevant community events

d. CE-5E -- Engage the community through recurring public meetings

e. CE-7 -- Conduct feasibility analysis for solar PV on brownfield and/or other utilized properties

f. MDF-4 -- Conduct Feasibility analysis for solar PV installations on/at local government facilities
