City of Batavia issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.
Parking on Batavia streets is banned from the period beginning Saturday, January 26th, through Wednesday, January 30th resuming on Thursday, January 31st. Please make other arrangements for your vehicles to be parked off the roadway. This is important to allow our snow plows to make their way down the roadways to clear them of snow or ice. Thank you for your cooperation! Stay warm!
