a. Recommend Acceptance of the Organizational Assessment of Administrative Functions Report.

b. Consider the Recommendation to Reinstate Assistant City Administrator/Director of Administrative Services or the Position of Director of Administrative Services.

c. Recommend Draft Resolution Approving a Four-Year Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Geneva and IBEW Local 196.

d. Recommend Draft Resolution Declaring Fire Department Personal Protective Equipment as Surplus Property.

e. Recommend Approval of Certificate of Acceptance for Park Place Pavement Improvements, Erosion Control, Water Mains, and Sanitary Sewers.

f. Recommend Approval of Certificate of Acceptance for Park Place Pavement Markings, Electric, and Parkway Restorations.

g. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Easement Plat for Lots 4 and 5 in Sansone’s First Addition to Geneva, Northeast Corner of Charles/Ford Street.

h. Recommend Draft Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract to Archon Construction in the Amount Not to Exceed $159,250.00 for Dunstan & Sunset Storm Sewer Installation.

i. Recommend Draft Ordinance Rezoning 1009 E. State Street from GO1 (General Office District 1) to the B4 Business District – Tom Lannoye Fox Jewelers

j. Recommend Draft Resolution Approving a Preliminary/Final Plat of Subdivision for Linstrom Division – John Thornhill Development Properties Inc.

k. Recommend Draft Ordinance Amending Title 11 (Zoning), Chapter 5 Section 11-5I-4B (Lot and Area Requirements); Chapter 14 Section 11-14-6 (Application Procedures); Chapter 14A Section 11-14A-6 (Contents of Site Plan Application); Chapter 3 Section 11-3-3 (Accessory Buildings and Uses); and Chapter 6 & Chapter 7 (Lot and Area Requirements) of the Geneva City Code.
