b. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Updated and Amended Intergovernmental Agreement for Tri-City Ambulance.

c. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Purchase of One (1) Ford F350 Crew Cab 4x4 Pickup Truck from Bob Ridings Fleet Sales in an Amount Not to Exceed $38,000.

d. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Bid Award and Contract with Strada Construction Co. in an Amount Not to Exceed $40,083.00 for 2017 Sidewalk and Curb Maintenance Project.

e. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Bid Award and Contract with Rubino Engineering Inc. in an Amount Not to Exceed $40,580.00 for 2017 Geotechnical Services and Construction Material Testing.

f. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Purchase of 2017 John Deere Front End Loader in an Amount Not to Exceed $175,822.17 from National Joint Powers Alliance and Declare 2003 John Deere Front End Loader as Surplus/Trade In.

g. Recommend Draft Ordinance Amending Title 11 (Zoning) Related to Accessory Buildings and Uses, Permitted Uses, Landscaping and Design, Tree Preservation, Design & Maintenance, and Regulations by Sign Type.
