*a. Approve Resolution No. 2025-106 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Meade Inc. for the Southeast Development Distribution Construction and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed Ten Percent of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $3,874,955.10.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2025-107 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Gerardi Sewer & Water for Division Street Water Main Replacement Project and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed Ten Percent of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $1,050,105.65.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2025-108 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Dukes Root Control for Storm Sewer Cleaning & Televising and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed Ten Percent of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $193,563.70.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2025-109 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Samsara for Fleet Software Not to Exceed the Mayor’s Term, at a Cost Not to Exceed $64,127.26

c. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-16 Establishing Special Service Number 37 Related to the Electrical Infrastructure for the Approved 40-Unit Townhome Development Known as Geneva Crossing.

d. Consider Resolution No. 2025-113 Approving FY2026 Pole Inspection Contract with Osmose Utility Services, Inc. in an Amount Not to Exceed $85,499.69.

e. Consider Resolution No. 2025-114 Confirming the Mayor’s Appointment of Alex Voigt as Assistant Liquor Commissioner
