a. Discuss the upcoming Police hiring process and approve the hiring timeline

i. the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)];

ii. pending or probable litigation against, affecting, or on behalf of the public body [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11)];

iii. discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21)].
