CALL TO ORDER

Chairperson Garza called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Alderman Llamas arrived to the meeting at 4:02 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

23-0344 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on April 24, 2023.

A motion was made that these minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

23-0182 A Resolution authorizing F.H. Paschen to repair and restore the monument and pool liner of the Phillips Park Waterfall.

Gio Santana, Parks & Recreation - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions

regarding this item.

A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos,

that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0272 A Resolution authorizing the execution of a Phase 3 Construction Engineering Agreement with Ardmore Roderick in the not to exceed amount of $224,451.00 for the 2023 City Wide Resurfacing Projects.

A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0286 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to purchase a VAC-CON Combination Sewer Cleaning machine from EJ Equipment

6949 N. 3000 E. Rd. Manteno, IL 60950 in the amount of Five Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Two Dollars and no Cents. ($563,662.00).

A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

23-0361 A Resolution authorizing payment to the Fox River Study Group to conduct water quality studies of the Fox River and implement a plan for improving water quality.
