A. Resolution Agreement with Seven Hills Technology for Portal and App Development and Support ($86,700)
Objective: Maintain and enhance the city’s online customer portal and mobile app through regular web development cycles to improve customer experience when interacting with the city online.
B. Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code – 2023 Eastside Resurfacing Project – Section Number 23-00200-00-RS ($2,329,134)
Objective: Provide funding for both the construction of the 2023 Eastside Resurfacing Pro ject, Section Number 23-00200-00-RS, and for the construction engineering services to be provided in relation to the project utilizing proceeds from the Illinois Motor Fuel Tax Fund.
C. Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code – 2023 Providence Resur facing Project – Section Number 23-00201-00-RS ($2,314,043)
Objective: Provide funding for both the construction of the 2023 Providence Resurfacing Project, Section Number 23-00201-00-RS, and for the construction engineering services to be provided in relation to the project utilizing proceeds from the Illinois Motor Fuel Tax Fund.
D. Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code – 2023 Country Knolls Re surfacing Project – Section Number 23-00202-00-RS ($2,174,000)
Objective: Provide funding for both the construction of the 2023 Country Knolls Resurfac ing Project, Section Number 23-00202-00-RS, and for the construction engineering services to be provided in relation to the project utilizing proceeds from the Illinois Motor Fuel Tax Fund.
E. Fire Department Administrative Vehicle Purchase (Not to Exceed $58,760)
Objective: Purchase a staff vehicle to ensure a reliable emergency response vehicle for a chief officer position.
F. Design and Engineering Services with Upland Design, Ltd. for Millennium Park Renova tion ($61,200)
Objective: Complete architectural and engineering design elements, construction docu ments, provide bid assistance and construction management for the renovation of Millen nium Park.
G. Agreement with Industrial Organizational Solutions for Police Lieutenant Promotional Testing Process ($33,495)
Objective: Provide a fair, neutral testing process for those police sergeants seeking to earn placement on the police lieutenant eligibility list.
H. Purchase of Services Agreement with Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce ($325,000 annually for three-year agreement with three percent increases in second and third years)
Objective: Contract with the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce to provide economic devel opment services including small businesses assistance, business retention outreach and foreign trade initiatives and other similar programs.
