IV. Closed Session to Discuss Land Acquisition, License Agreements, Potential Litigation or Personnel

The Committee moved into Executive Closed Session at 8:35 AM to discuss land acquisition. (Commissioner Ford arrived in person at 8:37 AM)

The Committee returned to Open Session at 9:07 AM on a motion by Martin, second by Ford, roll call vote was taken, unanimous vote.

V. New or Unfinished Business

Exec. Dir. Meyers reported the District closed on the purchase of a 22.68 acre parcel adjacent to the Dick Young Forest Preserve in Blackberry Township, bringing the Forest Preserve total to 23,078 acres.
