SPRINGFIELD…Today, Arin Thrower, candidate for State Representative in the 66th district, announced her endorsement from the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police. As Democrats cast votes to make our communities less safe, supporting law enforcement and first responders is more critical than ever before. With this key endorsement, police voiced their support for Thrower as the candidate to represent them in Springfield.
“Keeping our families safe is my top priority,” said Thrower. “Protecting public and officer safety requires the best training, equipment, and support to empower law enforcement to keep our neighborhoods and businesses safe. With Illinois’ SAFE-T Act creating the crisis and crime spiraling already, the worst crime wave is still to come when cash bail elimination is implemented in a few short months.”
About the Fraternal Order of Police
