The three bedroom, seven bathroom home at 400 Hill Ave., N. Aurora was sold on March 29 by Roger Spurgin and Marilyn J. Spurgin (estate) for $313,000. The buyers were Jose Vega, Sandra Jueliss Vega Thomas and Edgar Figueroa Hernandez.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,512.65. This is 1.12% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 26 properties sold in North Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Marilyn J Spurgin has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 400 Hill Ave., N. Aurora as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jeff C. Spurgin, 65, Robert A. Michalec, 56, and Marilyn J Spurgin, 88.
