On March 22, Jeffrey J. and Maria R. Salazar purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1095 Berry St., Elburn from Edgar William A. and Edgar Holly Jo for $390,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $8,782.56, which is 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 26, 2017 for $274,000.

So far in March 2022, 10 properties sold in Elburn.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, William A. Edgar has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1095 Berry St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Holly Jo Edgar, 51, and William A. Edgar, 55.
