On March 21, Andrew and Megan M. Sieren purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 2736 Moutray Lane, N. Aurora from Kyle T. and Megan M. Garafolo and Megan M. Chizzo for $525,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,620.06, 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was June 4, 2013. It last sold for $326,500.

So far in March 2022, 13 properties sold in North Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kyle Garafolo has been registered to vote since 2015. Megan M. Garafolo has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
