On Jan. 25, Michael Mittman sold their three bedroom, three bathroom home at 1561 Bristol Drive, Hampshire to Jelica Cooper Zelimir and Karen Loncar Zelimir for $372,900.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $8,215.74, which is 2.2% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 18, 2014 for $216,495.

So far in January 2022, 12 properties sold in Hampshire.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael E. Mittman has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1561 Bristol Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer L. Mittman, 37, and Michael E. Mittman, 40.
