On Jan. 25, Elizabeth Chaidez, Valeska Chaidez-Renteria and Elba Marie Urbealis sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1845 Carolyn Drive, Aurora to Dora Avitia for $214,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $3,386.30. This is 1.58% of the sale price of the home.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Elizabeth Chaidez has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.
