2133 Tepee Ave., Carpentersville purchased by Marisela Tinajero

On Jan. 26, Marisela Tinajero purchased a three bedroom home at 2133 Tepee Ave., Carpentersville from AJ II Collier and Patricia Collier (estate) for $160,000.

So far in January 2022, 34 properties sold in Carpentersville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, A J Collier has been registered to vote since 1975 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. A J Collier has been registered to vote since 1988. Patricia Collier has been registered to vote since 1975 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 2133 Tepee Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: A J Collier, 73, Christopher James Collier, 24, A J Collier, 51, Amanda M Flint, 38, James L. Collier, 44, and Patricia Collier, 72.
