On Jan. 24, Jason Moon and Ariana Drews purchased a four bedroom, one bathroom home at 1310 Horne St., St. Charles from Matthew P. Hennessy for $373,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,896.72, 1.85% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 17, 2014 for $192,000.

So far in January 2022, 44 properties sold in St. Charles.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Matthew Paul Hennessy has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1310 Horne St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jamie Catherine Hennessy, 34, and Matthew Paul Hennessy, 35.
