The Aurora University men's hockey team fell in the final game of the Superior Subway Classic, losing to NCHA foe Marian University 3-1.

How It Happened
- 4:17 into the first period the Spartans grabbed the lead. Dylan Rauh scored with helpers from Larry Jungwirth and Nate Keeley.
- AU led 1-0 going to the first intermission.
- In the second period, Marian scored twice on the power play to lead 2-1 after two.
- The game remained 2-1 despite AU having a sizeable advantage in the shot category.
- With 1:27 left in the game, Marian put the game on ice with a third goal.
- AU fell 3-1.
