Oct 29
What: Monster Mash Bash
Where: Alive Center, 78 S. LaSalle St.
Who: 6-12th grade
When: Friday, October 29 from 2:45 to 6 p.m.
Details: No pre-registration required. Costumes are encouraged but not required.
The Monster Mash Bash is a Free event for Teens! All teen attendees will be added to a raffle to win an Apple iPad and Apple pencil. We will have pumpkin painting, a caramel apple bar, Spooky Photo Booth, Scavenger-hunt, and more. Bring your friends to Alive Aurora for a great time.

What: Trick or Treat in Downtown
Where: Participating downtown merchants
Who: All ages
When: Saturday, Oct. 30 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Details: Free; come in costume. Bring your own treat bag. Rain or shine.
Aurora Downtown hosts Trick or Treat in Downtown with dozens of participating businesses. The event is free and open to all ages. Costumes are encouraged. Pick up a map at a participating business or download one online.
Visit Waubonsee Community College for a Trunk or Treat with decorated trunks behind the campus from 1 to 3 p.m. Stop by Simply Destinee for a Live Mas Pop Up from noon to 3 p.m.
What: Alive Center Pet Parade & Open House
Where: 78 S. LaSalle St.
Who: All ages
When: Saturday, Oct. 30 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Details: $25 per family (includes Wag Bag for you and your pet).
Alive Aurora is excited to announce its inaugural Halloween Costume Pet Parade FUNdraiser in support of FREE Teen Drop-in hours. Enjoy free hot dogs and a photo with your pup, along with food vendors, pet treats, tattoos, Hot Wheels, art activities, petting zoo, pumpkin decorating contest, photo booth, costume contest, face painting, and more. PRIZES for the funniest, scariest, & most like your pet costumes.
What: Halloween Phantom of the Opera Masquerade Party
Where: French 75 Gallery and Lounge, 56 E. Galena Blvd.
Who: Ages 21+
When: Saturday, Oct. 30 from 5 p.m. to midnight

Visit Basement of the Dead, the number one ranked Haunted House, right in downtown Aurora. Located behind Ballydoyle at 42 W. New York St., Basement of the Dead offers plenty of scares.
Visit Aurora Tap House (formerly The Web) at 134 W. Downer Pl. for a Halloween themed bar that’s right in your backyard. Follow them on social media for events.
