On Oct. 21, Jason Minderler and Carley Platt purchased a home at 1514 Fargo Blvd., Geneva from John C. Hoelscher and Victoria L. Hoelscher (trust) for $570,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $13,747, 2.41% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 9, 2016. It last sold for $455,000.

So far in October 2021, 54 properties sold in Geneva.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Victoria L. Hoelscher has been registered to vote since 2018. John C. Hoelscher has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1514 Fargo Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoria L. Hoelscher, 68, Paul a Thorson, 57, and John C. Hoelscher, 68.
