Rita Laforest sells 139 Whittington Course, St. Charles

On Oct. 21, Paul A. and Linda M. Snoply purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 139 Whittington Course, St. Charles from Rita Laforest for $278,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,260.56, 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 8, 2015 for $213,000.

So far in October 2021, 50 properties sold in St. Charles.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Rita La Forest, 83, was the only registered voter residing at 139 Whittington Course as of Oct. 10, 2020.
