The two bedroom home at 124 S Prairie St., Batavia was sold on July 7 by Daniel Potirala for $234,500. The buyers were Justin Hejka and Patricia Bily.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,672.74, 1.57% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $129,900 on Feb. 6, 2015.

So far in July 2021, 17 properties sold in Batavia.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Daniel M. Potirala has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 124 S Prairie St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoria Rieser, 38, Daniel M. Potirala, 65, and Brett a Rieser, 37.
