Rising home prices in Prestbury in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Prestbury rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 7% increase over the $271,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Prestbury in the first half of 2020.
