Elburn median home prices rose by 3% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Elburn rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 104.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,000 - a 3% increase over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Elburn in the second quarter of 2020.
