Rising home prices in Aurora (Kane County) in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Aurora in Kane County rose by $14,550 while total sales increased by 62%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 460 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $179,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 284 homes sold in Aurora in the second quarter of 2020.
