President Kevin Swanson called the meeting to order at 17:33 on WebEx. All members were present
1. Approve the meeting minutes from the February 2, 2021 meeting The meeting minutes for February 2, 2021 were reviewed as submitted.
Mike Antenore moved to approve the minutes as presented.

2. Consider and approve the monthly treasurer reports for January 2021
Rod Johnson moved to approve the monthly treasurer reports as presented. Dustin Schultze seconded the motion.
