*c. Recommendation to approve Permanent Easements for 111 S. 10th Avenue.

*d. Recommendation to approve Permanent Easements for 909 South Avenue.

*e. Recommendation to approve a Master License Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) for Collocation of Small Cell Wireless Facilities located within the City of St. Charles and St. Charles Municipal Rights of Way in accordance with City Ordinance 2018-M-28.

*f. Recommendation to approve the Sale of Substation 6 Transformer 6T2 owned by the City of St. Charles.

g. Recommendation to Waive the Formal Bid Procedure and Purchase Okonite 35kV Cable for Replacement of 35kV Circuit from ComEd.

h. Recommendation to approve West Side Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Project.

i. Recommendation to award the Bid for Building Mechanical Systems Maintenance and Services to Progressive Mechanical, Inc.

*j. Recommendation to approve the Sale of Items of Personal Property owned by the City of St. Charles via an Online Auction to the Highest Bidder.

*k. Recommendation to approve the Disposal of One Lot of 86 Surplus and Obsolete Scrap Transformers Owned by the City of St. Charles.

*l. Recommendation to Waive the Formal Bid Procedure and Execute Contract for Parking Deck Railing Enhancements.
