Vincent Kolber donates $2,000 to Allen Skillicorn's election campaign

Vincent Kolber donated $2,000 to Republican Allen Skillicorn's election campaign committee, Taxpayers for Skillicorn, on Oct. 8, according to records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
