Illinois State House District 52 issued the following announcement on Aug. 10

We need immediate additional law enforcement assistance from the federal government to stop the violence. The IL National Guard also needs to be immediately activated. Governor Pritzker and Mayor Lightfoot have failed miserably to protect IL citizens!
