Rep. Welter presents flags to Eagle Scout candidate for First Responder Memorial project in Oswego
Today, I had the honor of meeting Logan Goodbred. Logan is currently working on his Eagle Scout project and is building a First Responder memorial between the Oswego Fire Station and the Oswego Police Department. I was able to present two flags that were flown over the Illinois State Capitol in Springfield to Logan for his project.
