City of Aurora issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.
Award-winning Real Estate Broker, Sheena Baker, has opened a new office in downtown Aurora! Today, hundreds turned out for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of the satellite office of The Sheena Sells Team of CarMarc Realty at its new home in the APS Tower (the former Aurora National Bank building) at 105 E. Galena Blvd.
An Aurora resident and multiple businesses owner (she also owns Extend Your Styles Beauty Salon), Sheena has been heralded as one of the best in the real estate business. A Platinum Top Producer with CarMarc Realty, she was also named Realtor of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Buying her first home at the age of 19, Baker owned three properties and flipped a house before turning 26. “I wanted everyone to experience the benefits of homeownership,” she said.
