City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Oct. 11.
The City of St. Charles is testing sanitary sewers on the east side in two Phases: Sewer Smoke Testing & Manhole Inspection.
Phase I: Smoke Testing – Oct. 14 to 25
Phase II: Manhole Inspections – Oct. 25 to Oct. 31
