Sleepy Hollow home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,250 - a 4.2% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Sleepy Hollow for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,779, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
