Sleepy Hollow home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,750 - a 8.3% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Sleepy Hollow for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,779, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
