North Aurora home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in North Aurora fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,500 - a 2% decrease over the $269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in North Aurora in June 2018.

The median sales tax in North Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,597, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
