City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on May 25.
Honor those who served and service members we lost at the St. Charles Memorial Day ceremonies. Activities are planned all morning. Schedule:
6 a.m. Flag Raising and Cemetery Ceremonies
10 a.m. Parade
10:45 a.m. Memorial Service
11:30 a.m. Veteran Luncheon & Community Picnic
