City of Aurora issued the following announcement on April 26.
Mayor Richard Irvin, a proud veteran of the United States Army, and the Aurora City Council are honoring Class of 2019 Military Enlistees at the 2nd Annual Valor Awards during the Aurora City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 14 at 6 p.m.
The City has collaborated with Aurora high schools and local military recruitment officials to secure an official list of enlistees, but we don't want to miss anyone! If you know an Aurora high school Class of 2019 graduate who has enlisted to serve our nation, pass this information along to them and their families.
