Marywood home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Marywood rose by $57,703 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 31.5% increase over the $183,297 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Marywood in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Marywood for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,042.90, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
