Rainbow Hills home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Rainbow Hills fell by $38,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $279,750 - a 12.1% decrease over the $318,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Rainbow Hills in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Rainbow Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,264.20, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
