Sleepy Hollow home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in the first quarter of 2017.
